So Steph and I are flipping through the channels tonight...we stumble upon the most awesome sport of the olmpics. No, not table tennis, no its not shot put.....Its RACE WALKING. If you want to watch a bunch up guys quickly walk like they've got sticks shoved up their asses....watch race walking.

CS:Source Beta

Okay so I finally downloaded this thing today....I ran the video stress test. 39.7fps. Not bad considering I'm running a pentium3 800. Its 3 years old and its about time to upgrade. Half Life 2 will be the base for what I'm looking to run. I'm now waiting for this 10 minute startup but I think it might be worth it.

Had a good day off. No major incidents at the store that I know of, otherwise I would have gotten a phone call.

UPDATE: In the process of this blog my CS:Source finished. Yep...not good. It will not run on my machine at decent enough frame rate. I guess its time to buy a new mb and processor. If you can recommed a good set for a relative cheap price...email me.

So I'm sitting around here trying to download the CS:Source beta. Nope its not posted yet. Sir, when you say WEDNESDAY, shouldnt you actually release it on Wednesday? I guess not.

I played a little Rainbow Six: Black Arrow tonight. I actually got some kills. So now I hover between shitty and sucky. Only a few kills between the two, but still I'm improving.

Work is shitty. I did find another ASM. For those of you who dont know, my two ASMs pussied out of me and quit. I guess they couldnt handle working for a real boss. One who actually expects numbers and performance.

Check out the TRU ad. 50% off a bunch of video games. I picked up Mark of Kri for $8. Not too shabby.
